The project
The Emerson Group is one of the largest privately owned property developments companies in the UK consisting of Jones Homes, Orbit Developments and Emerson International. With a vast commercial property portfolio, Emerson required a fire safety consultancy that could ensure consistent quality of fire safety across their complete portfolio.
With over 60 years providing high quality space, Emerson wanted to apply the same quality driven approach to fire safety and required expert support to do this.

Following a demonstration of FCS-live proven approach to conducting Fire Risk Assessments and the internally developed FCS Cloud system, Emerson engaged with FCS-live as they recognised this would help to improve their fire safety management.
The result
After a successful pilot scheme, FCS-live were appointed to conduct all Fire Risk Assessments across the residential and commercial portfolio throughout the UK.
FCS-live continues to support The Emerson Group with a regular Fire Risk Assessment program and are their fire safety partner, providing support and guidance whenever necessary.
